8 Chicken Maryland cut stripped. Salted and fried.
Special paste: Natural yogurt 2 table spoon, cashew nut paste 1.5 table spoon, hot chilli powder 1 tea spoon, Tomato catch-up 1/2 tea spoon
Special powder: 5 cardamom, 1 black cardamom, 1 big stick cinnamon, 1 tea spoon mace and 1 nutmeg. Toasted and powdered.
Sauce: 1/2 cup oil and ghee. 3 cardamom, 2 cinnamon, 2 bay leaves. 1 cup onion cut, 3tbl spoon onion paste, 1tbl ginger, 1/2 table garlic, 1/2 tea spoon coriander powder. Simmer it for 10 min the mix 1tbl spoon of the special spice powder. Then simmer it again for another 10 min. then add the chicken and some salt to test. If stick to the pan or to cook the chicken add milk then cook for 10 more min. once boiling then add 7-8 green chilli and 1 tea spoon sugar. Then let the steam away then finally add 1 tea spoon of rose water or few drops of keowra water, 1 table spoon ghee then serve
